Fraser Valley “Phantom” Female Major Midget “DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES” Following the BC Hockey Development model the “Phantom” hockey program will provide high performance development for elite female hockey players.  Our Program of Excellence is designed for the elite players striving to develop to their fullest potential.  The main goal of the program is to identify and train elite level athletes for provincial & national competition as well as prepare athletes for NCAA & CIS eligibility.   The Fraser Valley Phantom would like to invite you to our Female Major Midget Selection Camp.  The Camp will be used to select our roster for the 2009-2010 season.  The Camp is also designed to select players for our affiliate player program.      The Fraser Valley Phantom will also host a High Performance Conditioning Camp.  The Camp is designed to prepare you for the upcoming Fraser Valley Phantom Selection Camp.    Both 3-day camps will be lead by the Phantom Coaching Staff along with high performance instructors.  Please refer to the attached Selection Camp Schedule for dates and times.   To attend the Conditioning Camp you will need to be registered with your local minor hockey association.   To attend the Selection Camp you will need to complete the following: 1) Register with your local minor hockey association. 2) Have the Permission to Skate Form signed by your local minor hockey association and bring it to registration on August 7. 3) Complete the Fraser Valley Phantom Player Registration Form and bring it to registration on August 7. BLUEWAVE fundraiser 15th Feb 2009

Phantom players, ap's, siblings, and parents met at the Father Bauer Arena at UBC on 15th February 2009 to play some fun hockey and raise funds for the Bluewave Movement. You can click the picture above or click here to see part ONE of pics taken that day

Giving back is a vital part of a full and rewarding life ... and what can be more fulfilling than playing hockey while you help those less fortunate. Phantom players donated and collected socks for the homeless before the face-off at the Father Bauer Arena at UBC on 7th December 2008.

Hey Bill, I hope everything is going great with the Phantom and general life. I thought I should let you know that I was invited to be on UBCs team this season however I had already committed to Red Deer, you could let some of the younger girls on the team know this and use it as an incentive for them. It was the Phantom program that gave me the ability to compete at this level. Also I would like to thank you again for all the hard work you put into my last year, I really improved a lot throughout the season and it was worth it. ... Taylor
